If any issues are found, please contact our customer service immediately.
Physical Installation
Wall Mounting
- Mark the mounting points on the wall according to the product dimensions and mounting holes
- Secure the mounting brackets using appropriate expansion bolts
- Fix the product on the brackets, ensuring it is firmly secured
Control Cabinet Installation
- Cut the appropriate installation hole on the control cabinet panel according to the product dimensions
- Place the product into the installation hole
- Secure the product using the included mounting plate and screws
Electrical Wiring
Power Wiring
Warning: Ensure power is disconnected before wiring!
- Confirm that the product’s power specifications match the site power supply
- Connect the power input lines according to the terminal diagram
- Use wires of appropriate specifications and ensure connections are secure
- Install appropriate fuses or circuit breakers as overload protection
Control Signal Wiring
- Connect control signal wires according to the product manual
- Analog and digital signals should be routed separately to avoid interference
- The shielding layer of shielded cables should be properly grounded
Load Wiring
- Confirm that the load’s rated current and voltage match the product specifications
- Connect load wires according to the terminal diagram
- High-current loads should use wires of appropriate specifications
Initial Setup
Parameter Setting
- Turn on the power and enter the parameter setting interface
- Set basic parameters according to application requirements:
- Motor parameters (rated current, rated voltage, rated power, etc.)
- Control mode (V/F control, vector control, etc.)
- Protection parameters (overcurrent protection, overload protection, etc.)
- Control signal input type
Function Testing
- Perform a jog test to confirm the motor rotation direction is correct
- Test if all control functions are working properly
- Check if protection functions are triggering correctly
Installation Completion Check
After installation is complete, please perform the following checks:
- Whether all connections are secure and reliable
- Whether the product is firmly fixed
- Whether ventilation and heat dissipation are good
- Whether all parameter settings are correct
- Whether trial operation is normal
Common Installation Issues
Motor Not Starting
- Check if the power supply is normal
- Confirm if the control signal is correct
- Check if the motor parameter settings match the actual motor
- Check if any protection function has been triggered
Abnormal Motor Operation
- Check if the motor wiring is correct
- Confirm if the rotation direction is correct
- Check if the parameter settings are appropriate
- Troubleshoot if the load is abnormal
Interference Issues
- Ensure signal lines and power lines are routed separately
- The shielding layer of shielded cables should be grounded at one end
- Consider installing noise filters
Post-Installation Maintenance Recommendations
- Regularly check if terminals are loose
- Regularly clean dust from the device surface and heat sinks
- Regularly check if cooling fans are working properly
- Keep product manuals and parameter setting records safely
