3.2 Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
  • You are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events (natural disasters, transportation disruptions)

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy applies to unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. As a small business, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness:

4.1 Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of product delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Custom products or special orders are non-returnable unless defective
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

All intellectual property rights related to our website, products, manuals, and technical content (including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents) are owned by OmniMech or our licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission
